Gmina Krempna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jasło County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, on the Slovak border. Its seat is the village of Krempna, which lies approximately 26km (16miles) south of Jasło and 680NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 203.58km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 1,963.
