Gmina Kozielice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pyrzyce County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Kozielice, which lies approximately 6km (04miles) south-west of Pyrzyce and 390NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

The gmina covers an area of 94.51km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,611.
