Gmina Klukowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Klukowo, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) south of Wysokie Mazowieckie and 600NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 123.77km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,681 (4,557 in 2013).
