Gmina Kiernozia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kiernozia, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) north of Łowicz and 610NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 76.03km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,638.
