Gmina Kadzidło is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kadzidło, which lies approximately 20km (10miles) north of Ostrołęka and 1180NaN0 north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 258.94km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 11,030 (11,444 in 2011).
