Gmina Kłodawa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Kłodawa, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) east of Koło and 1380NaN0 east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 128.97km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 13,307 (out of which the population of Kłodawa amounts to 6,829, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,478).
