Gmina Kąkolewnica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Radzyń Podlaski County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kąkolewnica, which lies approximately 18km (11miles) north of Radzyń Podlaski and 770NaN0 north of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 147.71km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,459. Up to 2010 it was called Gmina Kąkolewnica Wschodnia, and had its seat in the village of Kąkolewnica Wschodnia ("East Kąkolewnica"), which is now part of Kąkolewnica.
