Gmina Jastrząb is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Szydłowiec County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Jastrząb, which lies approximately 8km (05miles) east of Szydłowiec and 1080NaN0 south of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 54.79km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,089.
