Gmina Jarocin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nisko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Jarocin, which lies approximately 14km (09miles) east of Nisko and 640NaN0 north of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 90.43km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,313 (5,444 in 2013).
