Gmina Janowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nidzica County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Janowo, which lies approximately 17km (11miles) east of Nidzica and 530NaN0 south of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The gmina covers an area of 191.56km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,886.
