Gmina Janów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Janów, which lies approximately 25km (16miles) east of Częstochowa and 610NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 146.96km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,959.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Eagle Nests Landscape Park.
