Gmina Dubicze Cerkiewne is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Hajnówka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Dubicze Cerkiewne, which lies approximately 13km (08miles) south-west of Hajnówka and 550NaN0 south of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of 151.19km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 1,871.
