Gmina Drelów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Drelów, which lies approximately 21km (13miles) south-west of Biała Podlaska and 780NaN0 north of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 228.03km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,535 (5,499 in 2014).
