Gmina Cybinka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, on the German border. Its seat is the town of Cybinka, which lies approximately 24km (15miles) south-east of Słubice, 570NaN0 north-west of Zielona Góra, and 670NaN0 south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The gmina covers an area of 279.72km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,492.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Krzesin Landscape Park.
