Gmina Brudzew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Turek County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Brudzew, which lies approximately 11km (07miles) north-east of Turek and 1210NaN0 east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 112.72km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,115.
