Gmina Boniewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Boniewo, which lies approximately 22km (14miles) south-west of Włocławek and 640NaN0 south of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 77.72km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,550.
