Gmina Bolesław is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Olkusz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Bolesław, which lies approximately 7km (04miles) west of Olkusz and 430NaN0 north-west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 41.42km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,822.
