Gmina Boguty-Pianki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Boguty-Pianki, which lies approximately 36km (22miles) east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 1120NaN0 north-east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 89.13km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,900 (2,761 in 2013).
