Gmina Żyrzyn is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Puławy County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Żyrzyn, which lies approximately 14km (09miles) north-east of Puławy and 440NaN0 north-west of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 128.73km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,588 (6,538 in 2015).
