Gmina Żuromin is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Żuromin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Żuromin, which lies approximately 121km (75miles) north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 132.44km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 14,271 (out of which the population of Żuromin amounts to 8,647, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 5,624).
