Gmina Łagów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Łagów, which lies approximately 19km (12miles) north-west of Świebodzin, 450NaN0 south of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 460NaN0 north of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 199.19km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 4,969.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Łagów Landscape Park.
