Girl Ray is a British indie rock band from North London. It comprises Poppy Hankin, Iris McConnell and Sophie Moss.
Girl Ray released their first song at age 16, through the singles club of Moshi Moshi Records. The group released their debut album, Earl Grey, in 2017 on Moshi Moshi. The album was Stereogum's "Album of the Week". and received positive reviews. The band released their second album, Girl, in 2019. The album received mixed reviews. In 2023, Girl Ray released their third album through Moshi Moshi, titled Prestige. The album received positive reviews.
