Gerard van Wieringhen Borski explained

Gerard van Wieringhen Borski (29 January 1800 in Vleuten — 2 February 1869 in Delft) was a Dutch educator, academic, and linguist.[1] [2] His nonfiction books covered the domains of linguistics, math, history, and sociology.
