Gèdre (in French pronounced as /ʒɛdʁ/; Occitan (post 1500);: Gèdra) is a former commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in south-western France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Gavarnie-Gèdre.[2]
