Garveia Explained

Garveia is a genus of cnidarians belonging to the family Bougainvilliidae.^[1]

The genus has cosmopolitan distribution.

Species:

• Garveia annulata (orange hydroid)
• Garveia arborea (hedgehog hydroid or orange hydroid)
• Garveia belyaevi
