Gangapur is a town and a municipal council in Aurangabad district in the state of Maharashtra, India.
Gangapur is located on west side of Aurangabad-Ahmednagar Highway, 38 km from Aurangabad. Gangapur is Taluka place in historical district Aurangabad.
