Güroymak (Kurdish: Norşîn,^[1] from Armenian: Նորշեն, Norshen) is a town in Bitlis Province, Turkey. It is the seat of Güroymak District.^[2] Its population is 25,724 (2021).^[3] The current mayor is Hikmet Taşdemir (HDP).^[4]

The town is populated by Kurds of the Bekiran tribe.^[5]
