Gülyalı, formerly Abulhayır, is a municipality and district of Ordu Province, Turkey.^[1] Its area is 62 km²,^[2] and its population is 8,425 (2022).^[3] The town lies at an elevation of 100NaN0.

Ulaş Tepe of the Republican People's Party was elected mayor in the 2019 local elections.^[4]
