Franklin is a town in Jackson County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 325 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Franklin is located in the town. The ghost town of Rogneys was also located in the town.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.6 square miles (94.8 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 325 people, 129 households, and 94 families residing in the town. The population density was 8.9 people per square mile (3.4/km2). There were 175 housing units at an average density of 4.8 per square mile (1.8/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White.
