Franklin Turner II (born) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania, a position he has held since 2023.[1] [2] [3] He also coached for Albany High School, Fort Valley State, and Kentucky State. He played college football from Albany State as a defensive lineman.
