Franklin Justice Oliver (born March 3, 1952) is an American former professional football defensive back who played in the National Football League (NFL) from 1975 to 1976 for the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He attended St. Jude High School and then Kentucky State University before being selected by the San Francisco 49ers[1] in the fourth round of the 1975 NFL draft.[2]
