Frank Attar Explained
Frank Attar is a writer whose works touch on the field of social sciences.[1]
Biography
Frank Attar graduated from Sciences Po and HEC Paris. In 1995, he obtained a doctorate in history after having defended a thesis under the direction of François Furet at École normale supérieure and EHESS.[2] He also holds a Ph.D. in public international law from the University of Cambridge. A student at ENA in the Simone Veil class,[3] he resigned from the civil service in 2007.[4]
Between 2006 and 2018, Frank Attar taught at Science Po in public international law, constitutional law, history of international relations and general culture.[5]
Award
In 2011, Frank Attar received the Prix Guizot from the Académie Française for his work Aux armes citoyens ! Naissance et fonctions du bellicisme révolutionnaire.[6]
