Frącki is a settlement, part of the village of Pogórze, in the administrative district of Gmina Biała, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7km (04miles) north of Biała, 170NaN0 north-east of Prudnik, and 300NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Opole. Historically located in Upper Silesia, in the Prudnik Land.

The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word wrona, which means "crow".[2] Its old Polish forms were Wronza and Fronka.[2]
