Fly Lili is a Romanian airline based at Aurel Vlaicu International Airport in Bucharest.[6] [7]

History

In April 2023, the company started its first regular charter flights, between Bucharest–Băneasa and Antalya.[8] [9] [10]

Beginning in June 2024, the company also announced to commence scheduled flights from Brașov and Sibiu to several European destinations such as Barcelona and Rome.[11] [12] However, in July 2024, Fly Lili suspended its flights to Munich and Stuttgart after only a few days while cancelling or delaying several other routes.[13] Shortly after, both operational issues due to a lack of available aircraft and a dispute between the airline and Romanian authorities regarding the registration of further aircraft have been reported.[14] On the 3rd of August 2024, Fly Lili finally started its flights from Brașov-Ghimbav International Airport, promising to do the same at Sibiu Airport in September.

Destinations

Fly Lili operates leisure charter flights from Bucharest-Baneasa to destinations in Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia.[15] [7]

Beginning with August of 2024, Fly Lili has also started operations on Brașov International Airport by introducing 6 new destinations(Munich, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Rome, Barcelona and Thessaloniki) and with future flights to Bologna and Istanbul. The airline also promises to start flying from Sibiu beginning with September 2024 with routes to Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Rome and Barcelona.
