Filya (Russian: Филя; Lezghian: ЦIийи Филер) is a rural locality (a selo) in Magaramkentsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 2,402 as of 2010.[2] There are 8 streets.[3]
Filya is located 22 km northeast of Magaramkent (the district's administrative centre) by road, on the left bank of the Samur River. Khodzha-Azmalyar and Kabir-Kazmalyar are the nearest rural localities.[4]
