Ingrid Filippa Angeldal (born 14 July 1997), known as Filippa Angeldahl, is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga F club Real Madrid and the Sweden national team.
Angeldahl's performances for Hammarby won her the 2017 Damallsvenskan Most Valuable Player award.[2] Shortly afterwards she was transferred to League champions Linköpings FC.[3]
On 2 September 2021, it was announced that Angeldahl had signed a two-year deal with the option of a further year with English Women's Super League side Manchester City.[4] On 18 May 2024, it was announced that Angeldahl would leave the club upon the expiry of her contract.[5]
On 1 July 2024, it was announced that she had signed for Liga F club Real Madrid.[6] [7]
At the 2018 Algarve Cup, Angeldahl made her debut for the senior Sweden team, playing in fixtures against South Korea and Russia.[8]
On 13 June 2023, she was included in the 23-player squad for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.[9]
Angeldahl is engaged to sport agent Megan Brakes.
