Fernando Antonio Guzmán Mata (29 November 1921 – 26 October 1993) was a Costa Rican politician and doctor. He held the position of Second Vice President of Costa Rica during the administration of Daniel Oduber Quirós.[1]

Alongside he created the Costa Rica Institute of Technology.[2]
