Exarchos is a village and a community of the Grevena municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Ventzio, of which it was a municipal district.^[1] The 2021 census recorded 74 residents in the community. The community of Exarchos covers an area of 55.552 km².^[2]

The community of Exarchos consists of two separate settlements:

• Exarchos (population 37 as of 2021)
• Varis (population 37)
