Every Six Seconds is the second studio album by American rock band Saliva. It is their first album under Island Records. In July 2008, Every Six Seconds was certified platinum by the RIAA.[1] "Superstar" was used as the theme song for WrestleMania X8 pay-per-view event in 2002 and the band performed the song at the event.

Josey Scott revealed the meaning of the album's title in an interview with Therese McKeon from the website Shoutweb:[2]
