Esperanza is a daughter of the actress Rosa Fontana (Rosa Engracia Sevilla Plo) – the daughter of the poet Avelino Sevilla Hernández and his wife – and her second husband, Carlos Manuel Lemos (son of the actor Carlos Lemos).[6]
