Eqbal-e Gharbi Rural District (fa|دهستان اقبال غربي) is in the Central District of Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran.[2] Its capital is the village of Nezamabad.[3] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Naserabad.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 37,488 in 8,940 households.[5] There were 36,404 inhabitants in 10,172 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 27,796 in 8,465 households. The most populous of its 68 villages was Nezamabad, with 3,857 people.[7]
