Epicephala lativalvaris explained

Epicephala lativalvaris is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is found in China (Hong Kong, Guangdong, Fujian and Hainan).[1]

The larvae feed on Breynia fruticosa and Breynia rostrata.
