In November 2021, it was announced that a second series had been commissioned by ABC. It was released in 2022.[4] Filming took place in the same locations, and Glenn Robbins and others made guest appearances.
In November 2023, it was announced a third series had been commissioned by ABC. It is scheduled to be released sometime in 2024.[5]

Helen Tudor-Fisk (Kitty Flanagan) is back, along with solicitor siblings Roz & Ray Gruber (Julia Zemiro and Marty Sheargold) and, of course, everyone’s favourite probate clerk/webmaster, George (Aaron Chen). With Roz stepping aside to start her own mediation business (within the Gruber offices) Helen is determined to take on a more senior role at Gruber & Associates. However, Helen’s grand vision to become partner soon comes unstuck when she’s featured in a current affairs show hit piece, and her main focus becomes trying to repair her damaged reputation. Fisk Helen (Kitty Flanagan) is now a name partner at Gruber & Fisk which means new responsibilities and pressures, largely due to Ray (Marty Sheargold) having other things taking up his time. Things like his new (age appropriate) lady-love and her “fashion profiling” business. Meanwhile Roz (Julia Zemiro) has a midlife crisis, Viktor (Glenn Butcher) resigns as Roz’s assistant and George (Aaron Chen) jumps ship to work for Conch Mediation. On the home front, Helen has finally moved out into a place of her own. But true to form she soon gets her new neighbour offside. And in an ironic twist, Helen and Viktor become the stereotypical, over-emotional, irrational, bickering family members when Dad (John Gaden) decides to update his will.
