The English Constitution Party is a small English nationalist party.

It believes that the Act of Union needs to be voided, which will mean that English citizens will then have Common Law protections.^[1] They protested against the Coronation of Charles III and Camilla.^[2]

They fought the 2022 Southend West by-election after the murder of David Amess.^[3] They ran in the 2024 United Kingdom general election in a number of constituencies including St Helens North, Chorley, Romford and Broxbourne, receiving 0 seats.
