Emily Phillips is an American politician. She serves as a Republican member for the Rockingham 7th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.[2]

In 2024, she received the Legislator of the Year award from the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance.[3] That same year, she announced her candidacy against State Senate District 23 incumbent Senator Bill Gannon, with a primary goal of increasing legislative transparency by advocating for roll call votes on all bills.[4] She also states the State Senate is where "good bills go to die" and that she is running to change that.[5] Her policy priorities include enhancing the "New Hampshire advantage, promoting universal education freedom (universal school vouchers), safeguarding Second Amendment rights, and establishing a parental bill of rights." She has been endorsed by pro-liberty organizations such as Americans for Prosperity.[6]
