Emily Jashinsky Explained

Emily Jashinsky is an American journalist and conservative commentator. She serves as the director of the National Journalism Center.

She is a culture Editor for The Federalist, host of the Federalist Radio Hour, and co-host of the weekly news show Counter Points.

Jashinsky is originally from Wisconsin. She graduated from George Washington University.

She was previously the spokesperson for Young America's Foundation.

Jashinsky has also contributed to the Washington Examiner, Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, Real Clear Politics, Fox News Sunday, Media Buzz, The McLaughlin Group and the British The Telegraph.[1]

Jashinsky hosted Rising on The Hill with Ryan Grim before they both left The Hill for Breaking Points. In 2024, Jashinsky joined UnHerd to host the show Undercurrents.
