Elodie Orbaen Explained

Élodie Orbaen is a Belgian climber. She competed in the RP3 disabled class.

Biography

Élodie Orbaen began climbing at the age of 3. As she has a congenital disability, she wears a prosthesis to climb  and joined disabled sports competitions when they appeared in the 2010s.[1]

She won the gold medal at the 2014 IFSC Paraclimbing World Championships in RP3 in Gijón, and in 2016 in Paris.[2] [3]  In 2018 she won the bronze medal, in Innsbrück.[4] [5] [6]

In 2019, she retired.
