Elisavet Spathari Explained

Elisavet (or Elisabet or Elsi[1]) Spathari (Greek, Modern (1453-);: Ελισάβετ Σπαθάρη) is a Greek archaeologist and author. She is Honorary Director Emeritus of Ministry of Culture in Greece[2] [3] [4] and has written several books about Ancient Greece.[5] [6]

In 2002, Spathari helped the Nemea Valley Archaeological Project, sponsored by Bryn Mawr College, an archeological survey and excavation of Tsoungiza on Peloponnese.[7]
