Elijah Motonei Manangoi (born 5 January 1993) is a Kenyan middle-distance runner.[2] He competed in the 1500 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing winning the silver medal and at the 2017 World Championships, where he won the gold medal.

Manangoi was cited as one of the Top 100 most influential Africans by New African magazine in 2017.[3]
