Elatos, before 1927 known as Dobrani (Δόβρανη)^[1] is a village and a community of the Grevena municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Grevena, of which it was a municipal district.^[2] The 2021 census recorded 164 residents in the community. The community of Elatos covers an area of 23.305 km².^[3]

Administrative division

The community of Elatos consists of two separate settlements:

• Elatos (population 153 as of 2021)
• Kastro (population 11)
